Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to SignalSight, a buyer intent intelligence service operated by TravelGrowth AI. By creating a company account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What SignalSight provides
SignalSight helps companies connect approved sources, identify possible buyer needs, review supporting evidence, estimate commercial intent and prepare next-step recommendations. Features may include company profiles, connected-source monitoring, intent scoring, aggregate market demand, approval workflows, integrations and audit records.
2. Your company account
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you grant and activity performed through your company account. If you use a third-party identity or integration provider, its separate terms also apply.
3. Authorized and responsible use
You may only connect accounts, submit information and process sources that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for complying with privacy, marketing, employment, consumer protection and platform rules that apply to your business.
You must not use SignalSight to scrape restricted services, bypass access controls, identify anonymous people, fabricate evidence, send unlawful communications, discriminate, harass, manipulate or make decisions that create unlawful or material harm.
4. Human approval and external actions
SignalSight may analyze, recommend and prepare work. A responsible person must approve consequential actions, including external messages, publishing, advertising spend, audience activation, contracts, rights, account changes, payments and irreversible operations. You remain responsible for every action you approve.
5. Connected services
Connections to services such as GHL, social platforms, search tools, commerce systems and advertising channels depend on official access, the permissions you grant and the availability of those services. A connection marked disabled, mock, sandbox or untested is not a live production connection.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, policies or independent processing.
6. Your content and our service
You keep ownership of information, evidence and materials you provide. You grant us the limited right to host, process, secure and transmit that information only to provide, support and improve the service as permitted by your settings and applicable law.
SignalSight, its software, design, scoring systems, documentation and branding remain owned by us and our licensors. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.
7. Fees and changes
Paid features, fees, usage limits, renewal and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable order form or checkout. Taxes may apply. Pilot access may be limited, changed or ended as described when the pilot is offered.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the agreed purpose. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service may change as it develops. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SignalSight is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce a particular commercial result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any paid order. We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach or non-payment. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. After termination, we will handle retained information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable order.
12. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable order form are the agreement for the service. If an order form conflicts with these Terms, the order form controls for that purchase. The governing law and dispute venue may be identified in the applicable order form. If none is identified, applicable law determines them.
We may update these Terms and will post the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent to signalsight@travelgrowth.ai.
