This Policy explains how SignalSight, operated by TravelGrowth AI, handles personal information when people visit our website, create a company account, connect approved services or use our buyer intent intelligence tools.
1. Information we collect
Account and company information
This may include name, business email, role, company name, website, industry, market, team size, authentication identifiers and account settings.
Connected-source information
When an authorized user connects a service, we may receive the records and metadata permitted by that connection. This can include social account information, conversations, CRM contacts, opportunities, workflows, campaign results, search or website activity and connector health.
Buyer intent evidence
This may include a search, question, conversation, content interaction or factual summary; its source and time; permission information; commercial need; confidence; score; and the reasons behind a recommendation.
Usage and technical information
We may collect device, browser, IP address, page activity, security events, audit records and diagnostic information. Website behavior is collected according to the consent and configuration provided for that site.

- Provide and secure company accounts and connected services.
- Find and explain possible buyer needs and aggregate demand patterns.
- Score evidence, prepare recommendations and enforce approval rules.
- Maintain provenance, connector health, security records and audit trails.

3. How SignalSight treats buyer data
SignalSight separates person-level opportunities from aggregate demand intelligence. Anonymous or aggregate patterns are not converted into invented people. A person-level action requires an appropriate permission basis and, for consequential external action, human approval.
4. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, authenticate, analyze and support the service; with connected services when an authorized user requests an action; and with professional advisers or authorities when legally required.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share one company’s private data with another company. Service providers are permitted to use information only for the services they provide to us, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Legal reasons for processing
Depending on location and context, we process information to perform a contract, pursue legitimate business and security interests, comply with law, and act on consent. A company using SignalSight is responsible for establishing its own lawful basis for the information it connects or submits.
6. Storage, international processing and security
Information may be processed in Canada, the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We use reasonable contractual, administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, including access controls, company-data separation, logging and encryption where supported.
No online system is perfectly secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe an account or connected source has been compromised.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet the company’s configured or contractual retention period, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and comply with law. Connected-source deletion requests are propagated where supported and required. Backups may retain information for a limited period before scheduled deletion.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
To make a request, email signalsight@travelgrowth.ai. If information was submitted by a SignalSight customer, we may refer the request to that company because it controls the original business purpose.
9. Cookies and website analytics
We may use essential storage for sign-in, security and preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should operate only according to the choices presented on the relevant site. Browser controls can also limit cookies, though some features may stop working.
10. Children
SignalSight is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
